Kelli was born and raised in the Bahamas but left at the age of 14 to further her education abroad. She received her high school diploma from Trinity College School in Port Hope, Canada. Having developed a love for Canada she then moved to Montreal to pursue a Bachelors degree in Psychology. With an affinity for people she completed her education with a Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. She then chose to stay in the United States for a brief period after graduation and work in Human Resources for a large healthcare organization. Having grown up in a family with a keen interest in real estate and investments, Kelli developed a passion for the industry. In 2012 Kelli chose to return to Nassau and pursue a career in real estate. Having obtained her Broker’s license she is excited to advance her profession in a leadership capacity working closely with her partners and passionate team members.

Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, experiencing new cultures and island hopping.
