Originally from Canada, Marilyn’s business background is broad, extending from entrepreneurial activities in industries as diverse as graphics, office equipment and a private vocational school for computer skills to natural remedies.

But it was her love for real estate in Canada that drove her to pick up the mantel again many years after settling in The Bahamas where she bought her first residence on Windermere Island, Eleuthera, in 1992 and made The Bahamas her permanent home in 1994.

Marilyn’s entrepreneurial marketing spirit continued in the Norwegian natural health product business and from 2002 to 2009 she was very instrumental in the operations of Hartleyâs Underwater Wonderland, a helmet diving business that showcased the beauty of the reefs and aquatic life of The Bahamas.

The pleasure she took in sharing the joy of marine life Marilyn now brings to matching land, residential property, private islands and high-end rentals with the right client or investor.
She respects clients’ time and believes success occurs only when both buyer and seller smile at the end of a transaction.
